Throughout these Terms of Service, “TRIPLEX”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Digitale Handel BV.
These Terms of Service apply to your use of our website and to purchases made through our online store.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights that you have under mandatory consumer protection law.

By placing an order through our store, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, obvious pricing or product information errors, product unavailability, restrictions on the sale or shipment of particular products, or other circumstances that prevent us from lawfully fulfilling the order.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the applicable amount.
3. Products and availability
We make reasonable efforts to display and describe our products accurately.
Product photographs, colours and other visual representations may vary depending on lighting, displays and manufacturing variations.
Technical specifications, dimensions and weights may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances unless expressly stated otherwise.
All products are subject to availability. We may discontinue products or change our product range at any time.
If a product becomes unavailable after you place an order, we will inform you and refund any amount paid for the unavailable product if we cannot fulfil the order.
4. Prices and payment
Prices displayed in the store are shown in the currency indicated on the website.
Applicable taxes are displayed or calculated in accordance with the destination and applicable tax rules. Any shipping charges applicable to your order will be displayed before you complete checkout.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that have already been accepted.
In the event of an obvious pricing, calculation or product information error, we may correct the error and, where necessary, contact you before fulfilling the order. Nothing in this provision affects your statutory consumer rights.
Payment is processed using the payment methods made available at checkout.
5. Orders
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the products included in that order.
After you place an order, you will receive an electronic confirmation. We may perform reasonable checks before accepting and fulfilling an order.
We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities where reasonably necessary, including where orders appear to have been placed for unauthorized resale, fraud or other improper purposes.
If we are unable to fulfil all or part of an order, we will inform you and refund any applicable payment.
6. Shipping and delivery
We currently offer standard online ordering and shipping within the European Union.
Shipping outside the European Union may be available by prior arrangement and only for selected products.
Shipping methods, costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or otherwise agreed with you before an order is confirmed.

Nothing in our Shipping Policy or any estimated delivery time limits your rights under applicable consumer law.
7. Right of withdrawal, returns and refunds
Consumers have the right to withdraw from eligible distance purchases in accordance with applicable consumer protection law.
Information about the right of withdrawal, return procedure, return costs, refunds and applicable exceptions is provided in our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms restricts your statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory consumer rights.
8. Defective or non-conforming products
Products must conform to the agreement and to applicable legal requirements.

Your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming goods are separate from, and are not limited by, our voluntary policies or the statutory right of withdrawal.

Certain products sold by TRIPLEX are technical products and components intended to be installed, configured or operated correctly and in accordance with their specifications.
You are responsible for following applicable product instructions, safety information and legal requirements relating to the operation or use of a product.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits our responsibility for defective products, mandatory product safety obligations, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Third-party trademarks, product names and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.
